You know, I certainly considered that. But the Civil War’s focus was singular. Slavery. Vile but singular. Today’s situation is broader. The rights of Women, POC, LGBTQ, senior citizens, the undocumented, so many groups are in jeopardy under this administration. Playing footsie with Putin puts the entire country in jeopardy. All of us. This is more sweeping than the civil war.
