Yes. It really is. I discovered this when I quit smoking. I would imagine it's the same with any "habit". We must commit and be really ready to give it up. You wanted to get healthy MORE than you wanted to snack. I applaud you! I found losing weight and maintaining harder than kicking my 27 year smoking habit.
