Wow. That's how I cook.

What I do not tell the people who compliment me on my baking is that I am still partial to measuring with handfuls and dumps rather than cups and precise weight. What freedom it is to be unencumbered by a recipe. What joy there is in knowing you’ve crafted something that is wholly your own.
