Oh man. I have what they call pulsatile tinnitus. It’s a continuous whoosh-whoosh that keeps time with the pulse or the heartbeat. The whooshing came out of nowhere in 2012. It sounds like the Doppler tests, when a doctor checks the blood flow in your legs. I’ve had MRI’s but nothing shows up. It’s maddening but I’ve learned to cope.
