I just got back from the grocery store and managed to put everything away. I saw this and a couple of articles last night that stated how unnecessary it is to scrub your food. Thank God. I saw the doc’s video but couldn’t understand how to avoid re-contamination. So I just sprayed the grocery bags with Lysol and washed my hands five times. Madness.
