I haven't had a walking routine in a while but when I did, I'd plug in my headphones and do 3 miles in about fifty minutes. 3 days a week. Never had company because I moved at my own pace. I watch people now walking in their sneakers and colorful workout gear. Some are just dragging along looking at their phones or, if there's two or more, they're slow-strolling and chit-chatting. Clearly they're getting little to no real benefit from their efforts because they're barely moving. Don't know how they don't realize that.
