In my lifelong observations, I've seen people zig when they should have zagged, and they suffered greatly because of it. Not just momentarily. The choice they made set the stage for years of suffering, passing the negative results of that choice down from one generation to the next. You say there are no wrong choices? I think that depends on the person. Only some people know how to take lemons and make lemonade. Most people don't.
